Limits of support
We provides support with server side problems only. These include, non functioning of facilities provided with your hosting account and any faults which exist on the server your site is hosted on. Customers are responsible for designing and maintaining their own web sites. We do not provide advice or support for any programming issues like cgi, php or asp.
We want your web site to be a success. To help you we have set up a comprehensive support system. Please follow the three steps below:
We have two manuals. Using the manuals is by far the quickest way to get help with most common problems.
1. Check the Democenter for Tutorial.
The Demo center gives an overview of the functioning of your account and advice on general issues like domain name transfer.
2. Check the CentOS Web Panel manual.
The CentOS Web Panel manual gives in depth information on the functions within your control panel. These manuals have built in search functions so you will be able to find information easily.

If, after reading through the support manuals, you still have problems then contact our support team by logging a request into our help desk system.
Support requests sent by email will be ignored to avoid duplication.
Note: We can only provide support with problems relating to the hosting of your site on our servers, we can't help you write cgi scripts or build your web pages for you!
